Check your View Menu. You should see something like this:

Click on Macros and then “Record Macro”.

The system will prompt you with a name: Macro1. Just accept it and click on Ok.

The recorder is now on. Perform these three simple steps below:

1. Click on Sheet1 to come back to the original tab.

2. Select your entered text and press Control-​C.

3. Switch to Sheet2. Click on the first cell (A1). Press Control-​V.
